Casa Zinnia & Casa Zinnia Studio are the perfect accommodations for a holiday with family and friends, perhaps a few weeks of remote work, or a lovely long-stay with the possibility of golf and skiing. Nerja and the Costa del Sol have a pleasant and sunny climate even in the winter for those who want to escape snow, rain and slush at home. Casa Zinnia apartment is located on the two top floors and hosts 4 to 5 people and Casa Zinnia Studio, the apartment on the ground floor of the house, can be booked individually or as a supplement for another 2 to 4 people.

The building is located in a quiet area, just 400 meters (1/4mi) from the large, beautiful Burriana beach with good opportunities for sun, swimming, water sports, ice cream parlors, shops, restaurants and bars that are open from breakfast until late night.

At a convenient distance, two hundred meters inland, there is a large well-stocked grocery store (Mercadona), padel and tennis courts. You have a 15 - 20 minute walk to the centre of Nerja. A cozy city centre with low houses, relaxed street life, lots of restaurants and bars that are open until late at night. There is also the famous Balcony of Europe.

The Casa Zinnia accommodation consists of a beautiful two floor apartment with two large balconies to the southeast, which offer fantastic morning and midday sun. From the house’s balconies you can enjoy breakfast, delicious dinners, a good book or a drink, and the beautiful view of the pool below, the blue Mediterranean Sea and the mountains.

The Casa Zinnia Studio is located on the ground level of Casa Zinnia. It is a one bedroom apartment with a terrace for wine, coffee or dining, and plenty of space for enjoying the sun and the pool just a few metres away. A perfect hide-away for fun and relaxation.

There are many excursion destinations. By car or bus you can easily get along the coast or inland to small picturesque villages like the nearby village of Frigiliana, the Alhambra in Granada, the Mezquita in Córdoba, and the Torre del Oro and Giralda towers in Seville.
Sierra Nevada offers high altitude skiing from December to April, about 1.5 hour drive away.

There are a couple of nice golf courses near by. The Baviera Golf by Caleta de Velez (approx. 20 minutes by car) and Anoreta Resort by Rincón de la Victoria (approx. 30 min). Los Moriscos Golf Club near Motril (approx. 30 min) is a budget alternative. Green fee package deals can be purchased on each golf club’s website.

Casa Zinnia

The Casa Zinnia iron gate welcomes you to a roof terrace with sunbeds, charcoal grill and sun from morning to evening. To the right of the entrance, there are steps leading to the large pool area, which is located just below the Casa Zinnia balconies. The entrance to Casa Zinnia Studio is accessed from the pool area. Free parking for your car is available on the street just outside the gates.

The top floor has a well equipped kitchen with everything you need, including a dishwasher. Adjacent to the hall and kitchen is a large, light and airy living room with dining table, sofa group and a smart-TV that allows access to personal streaming services. There is also a toilet on this floor and the exit to the upper balcony with a dining and relax area.

Downstairs are the two bedrooms with individual bathrooms, one with shower and the other with shower/tub and washing machine. One bedroom has two single beds that can be placed separately or pushed together to form a double bed. The second bedroom has a double bed. There is also a laptop-sized safe, iron and ironing board. An extra bed provides sleeping space for an additional adult or child. It is also possible to reserve a travel cot for infants (ask for availability when you book). Both bedrooms have individual access to the lower balcony.

Broadband and Wi-Fi are available for connecting mobile phones, TV, computer or other devices you brought with you. There is air-conditioning and smoke alarms in all bedrooms and in the family room on the upper floor.

Beyond an iron gate next to Casa Zinnia are steps (2.5 floors) which leads down to the large pool area and the entrance to Casa Zinnia Studio. The apartment has a nice little terrace with direct access to the pool. There you can start your morning with a peaceful morning coffee at sunrise, a cozy dinner, a good book or a drink.
In addition to the table with its four chairs, you will find sunbeds where you can enjoy sunbathing and have a peaceful and comfortable time in the sun from early morning to late afternoon. If you fancy barbecue evenings, you have access to your own charcoal grill.
There is free parking for your car on the street outside.

The studio has an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area for four and family room. The bedroom is spacious with two single beds that can be separated or pushed together. A sofa bed in the living room provides sleeping space for additionally two persons.
